Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings assigned unless the context requires otherwise:

• "gdlotto" refers to the online casino platform operating under an international licence, accessible at https://gdlotto.onl.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds a valid account with gdlotto.
• "Platform" refers to the website, services, applications and all systems associated with gdlotto.
• "Transaction" covers all deposit, withdrawal, wagering and financial settlement activities within a member's account.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds held in a member's account, including cash funds and eligible bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to free credits or promotions credited by gdlotto subject to specific wagering requirements.

Any reference to "you" or "member" in this document refers to the registered user of the gdlotto platform. Any reference to "we" refers to the gdlotto management.

Membership Eligibility and Registration

To register and use gdlotto services, you must fully meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Register with accurate, complete and current information.
• Only one account per individual is permitted — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Not be on any gambling exclusion list currently in force.
• Act on your own behalf, not as a representative or agent of another party.

gdlotto reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Documents that may be required include a copy of an identity card (MyKad), proof of address and payment method details used. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in the account being suspended or terminated.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the gdlotto platform are subject to the following rules:

Deposits: The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction. Accepted deposit methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per request. Withdrawals will be processed within 1 hour after security checks are completed. Withdrawals may only be made using the same method as the deposit made.

Payment Verification: All transactions are subject to internal security checks. gdlotto reserves the right to hold withdrawals for the purpose of identity verification or investigation of suspicious activity.

• Any attempt to transfer funds between member accounts is prohibited.
• gdlotto is not responsible for any failure or delay caused by third-party payment service providers.
• All transactions are recorded and can be reviewed by the member through the transaction history in the account.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

gdlotto offers various bonuses and promotions subject to specific terms and conditions as stated below:

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a welcome bonus of 120% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 will yield a bonus of RM120 and a total balance of RM220, with a wagering requirement of RM1,800 (i.e. RM120 × 15) to be met before withdrawal is permitted. As another example, a deposit of RM600 will yield a bonus of RM300 and a balance of RM900, with a wagering requirement of RM4,500 (i.e. RM300 × 15).

Bonus Wagering Requirements: Each bonus received carries a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.

VIP & Cashback Programme: Active members are eligible for the VIP programme consisting of three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — with weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, 0.7% and 1.0% respectively depending on activity level.

• Bonuses cannot be used together with other promotions unless specifically stated.
• gdlotto reserves the right to cancel bonuses without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse.
• All promotions are subject to change at the discretion of gdlotto.

Game Rules and Prohibited Activities

Use of the gdlotto platform is for entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using software, automated bots or other technical methods to exploit the game system.
• Collaborating with other members to manipulate game outcomes for mutual gain (collusion).
• Depositing funds from sources that are unlawful or cannot be verified.
• Abusing bonuses by registering multiple accounts or using another person's name.
• Any money laundering activity or financing of illegal activities.
• Sharing login credentials with another party or sharing an account.

Where fraud or a breach of terms is confirmed, gdlotto reserves the right to block the account, forfeit bonus balances and winnings, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Account Security and Member Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login information, including your username and password. The following are your responsibilities as a member:

• Ensure your password is strong, unique and not shared with anyone.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a public device.
• Notify gdlotto immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your personal information and mobile number up to date for two-factor verification where applicable.

gdlotto is not responsible for any losses arising from a member's negligence in protecting their account information. All activity carried out using your login credentials is considered legitimate unless you have reported a breach to us before the transaction took place.

Responsible Gambling

gdlotto is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gambling environment. We understand that gambling can have a negative impact on some individuals, and we therefore provide the following tools:

• Daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits that members can set themselves.
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion options available through a request to customer support.
• A forced break from betting activity for a set period.

• Include full details such as the transaction number, date and a description of the issue.
• Allow time for a response within the period set by our support team.

gdlotto's decision on all disputes relating to games, bonuses and transactions is final and binding. These Terms and Conditions are governed under the applicable international licensing. Should any provision in this document be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Amendments to Terms and Notification

gdlotto reserves the right to amend, update or improve these Terms and Conditions at any time without specific prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain in compliance with the latest version.
